It seems that many of our showiest shrubs are tropical ones which sometimes cause us extra work in the spring, as stems have died back during the winter. In the worst cases, the shrubs can just die all the way to the ground.

Wednesday was a big day for seniors involved with the Senior Congregate Dining Club, provided through the Osceola Council on Aging.  Branching out from their normal day-to-day activities, seniors instead met at Big Toho Marina in Kissimmee.
