Double C Bar Ranch Blueberries opened last weekend. This blueberry U-pick-‘em farm is a fun filled day out in the country about 15 miles south of St. Cloud at 4200 Canoe Creek Road on the way down to Kenansville. In addition to the $6 per pound blueberries, there are oak-fire grilled burgers, fresh lemonade, jams and jellies, desserts and a farm store with asserted gifts available to tantalize your taste buds.

Poinciana News -- Intersection expansion requires closure of a Poinciana street

Starting Monday, Hemlock Avenue in Poinciana at the Marigold Avenue intersection will be closed for what officials say will be 45 days. The reason for this closure is to add a dedicated right and left turn lanes along the northbound and southbound roadway to the Marigold Avenue intersection. Other improvements include a new sidewalk, drainage and resurfacing to prepare the intersection for a proposed light.
