Osceola County corrections officer faces 13 felony counts |

Torres Staff Writer Corrections Officer Michelle Hung was charged with 13 felonies Thursday for developing “an elaborate plan” to arm an inmate with a gun and help him escape from the Osceola County Jail last week. Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives believe the 44-year-old from Orlando schemed with Angel Santiago, a 28-year-old convicted felon who was transferred to the county jail form federal prison to attend court hearings in Osceola County, to plan his escape. |
