Just in time for filing 2021 tax forms ahead of this year’s April 18 deadline, Valencia College accounting students and professors will offer free tax preparation help on Saturdays at the Osceola County campus through the IRS’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

Weaving driver killed in Monday crash at 192 near Simpson Road

One person was killed and another hospitalized Monday night as a result of a crash at U.S. Highway 192 near Simpson Road, Florida Highway Patrol reports. FHP said that around 8 p.m. a 27-year-old Kissimmee man was headed westbound on 192, weaving in and out of traffic lanes according to witnesses.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office released video Tuesday of a deputy and a suspect in a crime injured in a fireball at an Orange County Wawa. The video shows a suspect on a dirt bike ride to the gas pump at the station on John Young Parkway and Central Florida Parkway.
