On March 29, American Legion Post 10 in downtown Kissimmee held a memorial ceremony to mark National Vietnam War Veterans Day. This day honors the men and women who sacrificed for our country and flag during the southeast Asian conflict that the U.S. was involved with in the 1960s and 1970s.

Sheriff’s Office VICTOR aim: provide Veterans service

It is a real honor to recognize service Veterans for their service. It is another thing to do something for them in a time of need. The Osceola County Sheriff ’s Office aims to do just that. The first meeting of VICTOR (Veterans Initiating Change through an Organized Response) was held last week.
