The Poinciana Area Council (PAC), which operates under the umbrella of the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce, is now accepting applications for the 2022 PAC Scholarship.

Romero named Poinciana Medical Center CEO

This week, HCA Healthcare North Florida Division announced the appointment of Alejandro “Alex” Romero, as Chief Executive Officer of Poinciana Medical Center, effective March 7. In his new role, Romero will oversee the growing 76-bed hospital which serves Osceola and Polk counties.

APV now accepting Poinciana Beautiful Awards entries

Poinciana Beautiful is a year-round contest which began in 2016. This is a wonderful way to recognize residents that took pride in their homes. APV has independent judges who will choose one home from each of the Villages to hold the title of Poinciana Beautiful Home.

Eagles’ new nest

Poinciana High School and Addition Financial have had a longstanding partnership. The Poinciana Boulevard school has been the home of an on-campus student-run Additions bank branch, and former PHS students have gone on to work for the bank after graduation, creating an employment pipeline.
