Major League Fishing (MLF) is opening its fifth season of the Bass Pro Tour, the top level of professional bass fishing, this week on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes with the B&W Trailer Hitches Stage One on the Kissimmee Chain Presented by Grundéns.

Heritage Christian won its first Florida Christian Conference playoff game Friday, with an 83-45 home win over Land O’Lakes Christian. Senior Josue Hernandez led Heritage with 30 points, and Miles Peterson had 20.
