Osceola investigators looking for other victims after repeated reports of man exposing himself at West Kissimmee rental

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is asking if anyone else has had contact with a man arrested in Seminole County who has exposed himself outside a west Kissimmee vacation residence.

Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, was arrested by Oviedo Police Department, near his residence, at the request of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. Deputies responded last week to a home on Grassendale Street in the Windsor Hills Resort, used as an Airbnb, for reports of a man exposing his sexual organs in front of a residence. A witness who observed this behavior provided a statement and a cell phone recording of a male, partially clothed, in front of said residence, engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner. The suspect left the area prior to the arrival of the investigating deputy.

Investigators learned the suspect and his wife are listed as the host of the Airbnb on Grassendale Street as well as a residence on Almaton Loop in the Windsor Hills Resort. Further investigation found another report last week, the day before the Grassendale incident, of a man walking nude in a shared hallway space. Ring video evidence of that incident was provided to the deputy by the resident who complained. Deputies spoke with other Almaton Loop residents who provided statements and video of similar incidents by the suspect that had been reported to the HOA in December.

A warrant was issued for Westerhold, an Oviedo resident, and he was arrested and booked into the Seminole County Jail Tuesday on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.

Deputies ask anyone else who may have had contact with the suspect exposing himself to them or of any other related incidents to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at 407-348-2222.
