Following their loss to the Florida Tropics on Thursday, the Orlando SeaWolves traveled up to Maryland, falling to the Baltimore Blast 14-5 on Saturday.
The SeaWolves fell into an early hole, down 5-0 in the first quarter, a hole they could not climb out of. Orlando played better in the second half, but it was not enough to build a comeback.
Braces from Eduardo Cruz and Mario Alvarez, plus a goal by Odaine Sinclair was the offense for the SeaWolves, but five goals from Vinny Dantas with eight other players scoring for the Blast was the difference.
The SeaWolves were outshot 32-27 in the game.
Orlando will play their next game in Lakeland against the Florida Tropics. That game is set for Saturday, Dec. 14, at 5:05 p.m.
