                  Clients and attorneys alike are often confused about what makes a “trust”. In the simplest context, a trust is an agreement between three parties: The Grantor, the Trustee, and the Beneficiary. The Grantor is the party that places property into the trust.

The Adrian College team of Braylon Eggerding and Lucas Washburn entered the second and final day of the weather-shortened Abu Garcia College Fishing Presented by YETI National Championship Thursday in 10th place.
