During a weekend when payouts topped the $100,000 mark, one-time St. Cloud resident Juan Alcazar, Jr. earned the All-Around Cowboy title at this weekend's 148th Silver Spurs Rodeo.
Alcazar tied for first in steer wrestling and teamed with Cody Miller for fourth in team roping to earn the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association points to get the honor.
