Three Kings Day, also known as the Epiphany, is a holiday celebrating the day the Three Wise Men first saw baby Jesus and brought him gifts. Join the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Three Kings Day Celebration on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026 from 12-2 p.m. at the Poinciana Community Lawn. There will be fun inflatables, food trucks, entertainment and guest speakers. Registration is required for each child at www. bit.ly/4jcfChh (up to age 12) in order to receive a gift from the Three Kings.The Community of Poinciana is invited to the Grand Opening Ceremony of Polk County Sheriff’s Office Ridge District on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 at 10 a.m., 9530 Marigold Ave. in Poinciana. Join Sheriff Grady Judd and members of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at this new office, which will serve the residents in the incorporated areas of Poinciana, Davenport, Haines City, Dundee and Lake Hamilton. Parking will be available in the front and back lots of the new Ridge District Office.

Take a picture of your beautiful Poinciana home and submit it to be considered Poinciana’s Home of the Year in your Village. APV honors the owners of well maintained, beautiful homes at the Poinciana Beautiful Homeowners Awards Gala to be held on Saturday, Jan. 25. The theme for the Awards Gala is the Great Gatsby.

Meet Bluey and Bingo live on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 4 p.m. at a free community day at Poinciana Christian Preparatory School North (2525 Trafalgar Blvd.) There will be family fun activities – games and crafts for all ages and free book giveaway from The Learning Partners for Success Book Fair.
To help students and parents feel confident and prepared for the 2026 school year, Osceola County will hold upcoming student orientation nights. For 6th grade students (middle and K-8 schools) orientation night will be Thursday, Jan. 22 from 6-7:30 p.m. For 9th grade students, student orientation night will be Monday, Jan. 26 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the student’s high schools.
