Come and meet the new Sheriff in town! Sheriff Christopher Blackmon will be at the Hunter Arms Hotel, 1029 New York Ave., on Thursday, Sept. 4 from 6-8 p.m. Admission is free, light refreshments will be served. Osceola County’s Speed Zone Speed Safety Cameras are active again! Slow down, stay alert and obey traffic laws – especially in school zones.

In St. Cloud cameras are located near BridgePrep Academy and Narcoossee Elementary and Middle School.

The City of St. Cloud will host an Open House at The Ranch at St. Cloud (5452 Jones Road), on Wednesday, Aug. 20 from 5-7 p.m. Explore this scenic venue for a perfect wedding location!

 

Calling all animal lovers! Osceola County Animal Services at 3910 Old Canoe Creek Road, is undergoing renovations and is looking for temporary homes to foster some of their furry friends. If you are able to help, they will provide all food for your foster pet while they are in your care. If you are looking to adopt, Osceola County Animal Services will waive your fees. Crack the Case! Unsolved Case Files takes place at the St. Cloud Library on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 1:30-4 p.m. Immerse yourself in a murder mystery game where you become a cold case detective with one objective: solve the case and identify the criminal.
