The 2024 Arrington’s Athletes of the Week were honored at a banquet hosted by the Osceola News-Gazette on Monday, Feb. 24 at the Osceola Council on Aging.
Coaches, athletic directors and school officials nominated one male and female athlete for 25 weeks in 2024, and those weekly selections were eligible for a $2,500 scholarship each through an online vote at AroundOsceola.com. The inaugural winners were golfer Espn Pool and cross country runner Leilana Decker of St. Cloud High School.
