Osceola County Sheriff Deputies arrested a woman Monday for sexually battering a 13-year-old girl who reported she had previously offered her alcohol and a vape.
Susana Tamayo-Viera, 28, was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was taken to the Osceola County Jail where she is being held on a $60,000 bond.
According to a report, on Monday morning deputies were called to a Kissimmee location in eference to a report of a sexual battery of a minor, and made contact with the 13-year-old female victim who reported she was touched inappropriately by a woman later identified as Tamayo-Viera. The victim advised that the suspect touched her breast area and then touched her vagina.
Additionally, the victim said Tamayo-Viera offered her a beer and a vape to smoke about a month ago.
The suspect made an initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon. As of Tuesday evening, court documents had not been released on the case.
