The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has scheduled more closures this week for construction activities for the Moving I-4 Forward Program.
Monday night/Tuesday morning (June 30), 12-5 a.m.: All lanes of I-4 eastbound from World Drive to U.S. 192 and the I-4 eastbound off-ramp to State Road 417 (Exit 62B). This includes the on-ramps from World Drive to S.R. 417 northbound.
Eastbound traffic will exit at World Drive and head north to U.S. 192, then make a right to use the 192 interchange to return to I-4. Drivers heading to 417 stay on 192 past I-4 and turn right on Celebration Avenue to the 417 ramp there.
Wednesday, July 1, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.: ChampionsGate Boulevard under I-4, full closure.
As crews complete a bridge demolition, drivers will use eastbound County Road 532, Lake Wilson Road, Ronald Reagan Parkway and Goodman Road to go from I-4 East to 532 West into ChampionsGate.
Remember to be alert for changing conditions in these areas ... and that it will eventually get better with expanded roads! Visit MovingI4Forward.com/construction-updates for the latest information.
