    Toho Water Authority's line-flushing operations to maintain water clarity and quality will occur this week in an area bordered by Nolte Road on the north, Canoe Creek Road on the east and Old Canoe Creek on the west. In those areas, customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Areas likely to be affected include:
