Country music fans: start your credit cards, and get those tickets, especially if you a Luke Combs fan.

The megastar who most recently cut the smash cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” — then performed it with her at this year’s Grammy Awards — was announced this week as the Sunday (Oct. 20) headliner for the three-day, all-day Country Thunder Florida music festival happening Oct. 18-20 at Osceola Heritage Park.

Combs broke concert attendance records at venues like MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford, N.J.) SoFi Stadium (Los Angeles) and State Farm Stadium (Phoenix) on his “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old” stadium tour in the last year, so tickets for the Kissimmee event may become a hot commodity.

“Luke is a giant of country music,” said Troy Vollhoffer, CEO of Country Thunder Music Festivals. “We always aim to program for fans of all backgrounds. With a talent of this caliber joining us Sunday night, Country Thunder’s long-time devotees and first-time campers alike will round out their weekend on a high.”

Combs has earned 11 CMA awards, six Billboard Music Awards, and seven Grammy nominations and leads nominees at the ACM Awards later this year with eight nominations.

Last month, Concert officials announced CMA and Billboard Country chart veterans Bailey Zimmerman (Oct. 18) and Jon Pardi (Oct. 19) will headline two of the days. Zimmerman comes into the local show off the white-hot momentum of his album “Religiously. The Album,” which became the biggest streaming country debut of all time. The single “Religiously” entered the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and No. 7 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. Fans have streamed his music more than 3.5 billion times to date.

Pardi, a CMA and ACM award-winning singer, songwriter and producer, has reached No. 1 with his singles “Head Over Boots,” “Dirt On My Boots,” “Heartache on the Dancefloor,” “Heartache Medication,” and he’s become iconic in country thanks to his albums California Sunrise, Heartache Medication, and Mr. Saturday Nights.

The three-day lineup also includes Nate Smith, Russell Dickerson, Mitchell Tenpenny, Priscilla Block, ERNEST, Niko Moon, Restless Road, Dallas Smith, Emily Ann Roberts, Clayton Mullen, Calder Allen, Annie Bosko, Tucker Wetmore and Alana Springsteen.
