St. Cloud Police have arrested a local school administrator on charges that he was having a sexual relationship with an 18 year old student.
Andre Ricardo Williams, 32, a dean at St Cloud Preparatory Academy, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of an authority figure engaging in sexual conduct with a student.
St. Cloud Police report Williams was booked into the Osceola County Jail and is being held in the Osceola County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Williams is not listed on the school's staff list on its website.
Police say that during the course of an investigation, Williams admitted to having a sexual relationship with the student, having sex with her twice in the last two weeks. Police also allege he was sending the student photos of his genitals via cell phone.
