Osceola County has reported that the East Lakeshore Boulevard road closure at the bridge over C-31 canal at Brown Chapel Road has been extended to Monday, Sept. 18, to allow for the installation of new guardrail. The project also includes relocation work by utility companies. This includes work to finish the pedestrian bridge deck and approaches, roadway bridge guardrail installation and roadway paving.
Among other road projects, the Royal Palm Drive culvert replacement project east of Solomon Lane and west of Eden Lane will last through November; and lane closures on Poinciana Boulevard approaching the Wawa at Vineland Road to replace gravity sewer lines should end on Aug. 31.
