A small area of St. Cloud will seeing Toho Water Authority water line flushing operations, to address pressure and clarity, this week. The areas are west of HIckory Tree Road and at the south end of Old Hickory Tree, in neighborhoods served by Gramercy Farms Boulevard. The small list of affected areas includes:
