The 2024 Drowning Awareness 5k Run/Walk, an event by Safety First PediAquatics Life Guardians, Safety First PediAquatics and the Marketects will be at the St. Cloud Lakefront, on Saturday, May 11 starting at 7 a.m. The mission of Safety First PediAquatics is to restore the number of child drownings by raising funds for children with families that struggle financially to have access to life saving swim lessons. Drowning is the top killer of children ages 1 to 5. Swim lessons can help reduce that number.

The City of St. Cloud presents Mom’s Night Out on Friday, May 3 from 7-10 p.m. at the Marina Banquet Hall. The cost is $15 per person.  There will be a DJ, drinks, snacks and prizes.  This event is for moms 21 and over. For more information or to register, go to https://webtrac.stcloudfl.gov.
