A Celebration High School student and Boy Scout soared high above by earning his Eagle Scout badge for helping build a mobility ramp for a retired teacher. The Eagle Court of Honor Ceremony for Kevin Swamy, of Troop 528 in Davenport, was held on Jan. 11, at 11 a.m.
