Kissimmee police investigating homicide

On Saturday at midnight, the Kissimmee Police Department received 911 calls in reference to hearing gunshots. When police arrived on scene, 22-year-old Ricardo De Lara was found deceased inside the home on Fox Crossing Drive.

Osceola County will begin accepting applications for its second round of foreclosure prevention and rental assistance for residents on Monday. The action is a result of County Commission approval this week to use approximately $940,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds.
