Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. has purchased 35.3 acres of land on the northwest corner of John Young Parkway and the future Flora Boulevard extension to develop a 333,345-square-foot industrial park. The land, which includes more than 30 usable acres, sold for $5.5 million.

Four people were killed in a Osceola County crash on Saturday, after one of the vehicles entered the oncoming lanes. According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, a 47-year old woman from Palm Bay was driving a sedan-type vehicle southbound on U.S. 441, near Bavar Road,at about 4 p.m.
