Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez shared more details of the gruesome triple homicide that occurred Tuesday in Buenaventura Lakes. Justin Atkinson, 43, his son Calvin, 16, and Anthony Mull, 25, were shot and killed at their apartment complex at Royal Palm Drive and Gardner Lane.

The man arrested Tuesday in connection with homicides in Buenaventura Lakes now faces three murder charges among 18 new ones levied against him. Osceola County Jail records now show that Kevin Christopher Torres, 41, now faces a total of 20 charges after his arrest in a stolen car in Orange County.

Santa Claus needs to know what all the nice children want for Christmas. Thanks to an annual tradition, he’ll know what to bring to Kissimmee in his sleigh. The City of Kissimmee is now accepting requests for the “Santa Calling,” a city program that will occur on Dec. 1 between 5:30 p.m. at 8 p.m.
