Osceola County violated Sunshine Law amid 2020 COVID response

An Osceola County judge has ruled in favor of a resident who said the county violated the state’s Government in the Sunshine laws, when a policy group that met during declared emergencies made policy at the start of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic without informing or inviting the public.

The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Recruit Military Job Fair will be held on Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Avanti Palms Resort and Conference Center (6515 International Drive) in Orlando. The job fair currently has almost 50 exhibitors on board and is open to all veterans and spouses.
