Toho Water recognized as Top Workplace for 14th year

— WATER AUTHORITY —

Toho Water Authority (Toho) was recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace. This is the 14th year Toho has received this award. It is a testament to Toho’s Promise: “Our Customers, Our Community and Our Employees Trust Toho Cares.” Toho is committed to being an employer of choice.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback and gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection. The employee feedback reiterates Toho’s dedication to caring for employees.

“Toho is proud to, once again, be recognized as a Top Workplaces employer,” said Karen Rentz, Toho’s Human Resources Director. “The fact that this award is achieved by conducting a survey of how team members feel about Toho is vital to our organization’s success. We take pride in providing resources to our customers, serving our community and supporting each other. Toho embraces feedback, and this award shows we are on the right track.”

The Orlando Sentinel recognizes small, medium and largescale businesses based on employee size. With just over 300 employees at the time of application, Toho was a part of the midsized category and was included as a top employer among this group. Since uniting with the City of St. Cloud Environmental Utilities Department on Oct. 1, 2022, Toho is now considered a large-scale employer and will apply for recognition in that category next year.

Following this year, Toho has received the Top 100 award 14 times. Toho is honored to remain a top place to work in the Central Florida area. Toho is committed to being a great company for employees, customers and the community.
