Give your pumpkins a purpose! Give your pumpkins a second life—Osceola County’s office of Sustainability invites you to take part in Pumpkins with a Purpose, a seasonal recyclable program that turns pumpkins and fall gords into composts through Nov. 10.

POINCIANA NEWS — November means Veteran’s Day and fall — as in festivals

The Solivita Fall Festival 2025 will be on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 395 Village Dr.  This event is free to enter and park.  There will be a free kid’s zone featuring face painting, arts and crafts, chalk board, DJ, popcorn and balloons.

POINCIANA NEWS — How to have a happy Halloween—and where to go

The 4th Annual Safe Trick or Treat, hosted at Poinciana High School, takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the school’s courtyard and is geared for children ages 12 and under. There will be decorated candy stations, games and a few surprises along the way.
