St. Cloud Main Street presents Witches and Maniacs in downtown St. Cloud on Friday, Oct. 31 with Trick or Treating from 5-8 p.m. for the kiddies. Enjoy costumes, candy and a little chaos beginning at 8 until 11 p.m. with a block party. An adult costume contest kicks off at 9:15 p.m. There will also be a car show and plenty of music, haunted vibes, games and dancing at Centennial Park, 10th St. and Pennsylvania Ave. from 6-9 p.m.
As a reminder for the Block Party, drinks obtained from an establishment once outdoors must stay outdoors, drinks must be in an approved clear cup with registered district logo. Outdoor consumption hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.
The City of St. Cloud presents Home School Costume Party and Potluck on Friday, Oct. 31 from 10:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Enjoy a fun-filled morning with games, a movie and good food. Have your child bring a dish or treat to share with the group and come dressed in their favorite costume and join in on the fun. Join in if you dare at the St. Cloud Library on Friday, Oct. 31 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for the fun Spooky Spectacular: Boos & Ghouls Night. Celebrate Halloween with a family friendly night of familiar frights and classic monsters. Come in costume and enjoy the tricks and treats of this special event.
The City of St. Cloud and Toho Water Authority presents Movie in the Park on Friday, Nov. 7 at the St. Cloud Lakefront Park. Enjoy games, activities and giveaways starting at 5:30 p.m. The movie shown will be Lorax beginning at 7 p.m. Bring a blanket and chair!
The City of St. Cloud Veteran’s Council presents Soldier City Sundays— Community Market on Sunday, Nov. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Veterans Park on 13th Street. This weekly Community Market and Veterans Resource Event will celebrate St. Cloud’s proud heritage as the Soldier City. The Community Market features local vendors, crafter and food trucks, family friendly activities and games, live entertainment and Veteran Resources and organizations onsite.
