How we saw the First Day of School in Osceola County

Moving nearly 80,000 students from one place to another with the help of bus drivers -- and parent drivers -- with some going to a brand new place ... it isn't easy. Bound for glitches on the first day of school in Osceola County on Thursday, there were few.

The City of St. Cloud held its annual wonderful celebration at the lakefront Tuesday night. With live music from local musicians and fun games for children to play, the community gathered in advance for the annual firework show.

Saturday morning’s weather was a bit warm and humid – welcome to June, Osceola County – but it still didn’t stop dozens of bike – and food – enthusiasts to load up and come down to St. Cloud for the annual “Bikes & Bites” culinary bicycle tour.

OBC AWARDS NIGHT — Harmony tops OBC standings again

For the third consecutive year and 11th time in school’s 19-year history, Harmony has won the Orange Belt Conference’s All-Sports Trophy as the top athletic program in Osceola County. The announcement was made at Wednesday’s annual OBC Awards Dinner at Osceola Heritage Park.
