St. Cloud Police have arrested a man following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.
Ivan Oscar Martinez Garcia, 56, was arrested Monday and charged with felony counts of capital sexual battery on a victim under 12 by a person 18 years of age or older in a familial or custodial position, lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years of age by an offender 18 years of age or older and showing harmful material to a minor.
Details are few in this case as an arrest warrant was not filed in the court system as of Monday night. According to police, Martinez Garcia was arrested and taken to the Osceola County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
