Kissimmee Police are asking for the public’s help to solve a homicide they say took place on Saturday in the area of Central Avenue and Cypress Street, across the street from Central Avenue Elementary School.
Officers responded around 1 p.m. and found a body later identified as Willie Martin, 43.
KPD said it has a description of the suspect: a black man with long dreadlocks, who was wearing a bandana at the time. He was caught on surveillance video getting into and out of a dark, blue or green-colored car, possibly a Toyota Camry. The video also shows a separate white pick-up truck driving on the street at the exact same time that the shooting happened. KPD said it would like to speak to that driver, who is listed as a potential witness who may have valuable information to add to the investigation,
