St. Cloud Fire Rescue will hold a Cadet Program Orientation Meeting on Aug. 22 at 6 p.m. at the Police Training Building (3371 Cord Ave.). This youth-based educational program is designed as an introduction into a career into the fire and emergency medical services (EMS).

Need school supplies for your family? The next two weeks will feature a number of back-to-school supply drives for those in need. The City of St. Cloud is hosting a Back 2 School Bash on Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to noon at Hopkins Park (6320 E. 17th St.).
