The Downtown St. Cloud Food and Arts Festival takes place in on Friday, May 17 from 5-9 p.m. This is an opportunity to sample local eateries, enjoy foods, drinks, sweets, live music, local vendors and more. Purchase 10 tickets for $30. Each ticket equals 1 sample. Tickets may be purchased at Eventbrite.com and may be picked up the evening of the event at Compass Real Estate office, 1112 New York Ave. Once online tickets are sold out a limited number of tickets may be purchased beginning at 4:30 p.m. the night of the event on a first come, first served basis.
Is your grass getting a little brown? Join the club. Due to high consumption, Toho Water Authority is shutting off reclaimed irrigation services in the St. Cloud area doing non-watering times. This is happening Tuesday thru Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Services are also shut off every Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. This is necessary to refill the storage tanks. Harmony customers are not affected by this schedule.
Grab your machines and get sewing. Sewing in the Cloud takes place every Friday at the St. Cloud Veterans Memorial Library beginning Friday, May 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You can join other local enthusiast and create hand made projects.
Puzzles are always better with a friend! Puzzle Pals takes at the Library on Monday, May 20 from 9:30-11 a.m. Socialize with other adults as you relax and work together. Then at 1 p.m., Crafty Crew, for those who love to knit, crochet, cross-stitch, quilt, scrap book or any other portal craft, meets. Bring your supplies and create in the company of others.
Rebuild Yourself is for teens 12-18. This program provides social and life skills for teens by exploring a different topic each week related to a monthly theme. Rebuild Yourself takes place every Monday from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
The Central Florida Business Networking Group meets at the Library every Tuesday at 9 a.m. This is an opportunity to share ideas and networking.
Homeschool Libratory is a kindergarten through high school, with their parents, educational program. Homeschoolers participate in a fun and educational program that features a STEAM activity. Homeschool Libratory meets Tuesday, May 21 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Adults can celebrate the Bridgerton book series by attending Bridgerton By the Bedside on Tuesday, May 21 from 6-8 p.m. There will be book to TV discussions followed by a fun game of trivia. Stay after for a showing of Episode 1 of the new season of the TV adaptation.

Looking for a day trip on the water filled with magic? Set sail on the Pearl on Saturday, May 18 from 3-6 p.m. Magic on the Pearl – Magic in the Cloud is presented by Theatre in the Cloud. This day trip features magic, music and tales on the Pearl on the Lake. Master Magician Mick Ayres and “The Magic Curator” Robert Moreland will present sleight-of-hand magic, magic with cards and coins and weave magic music and stories into a special performance.
