The Sunshine State Youth Association presents the Poinciana Wolf Pack Annual Car Show on Saturday, July 8 from 12-4 p.m. at Deerwood Park (4051 Laurel Ave.)  If you have a vehicle you would like to enter, the registration fee is $25 (motorcycle/slingshots $20).

The weather is heating up and the lizards are becoming more active. Central Florida is home to over 50 lizard species. However, most of those species are invasive. You’ve surely seen the small brown lizards around your home. They are a type of lizard called brown anoles and are not from here.
