Operation Career Launch, funded by a federal grant to offer job training in Central Florida, will start its next class July 27 at the Osceola Council on Aging. This job training is at 100% no cost — all books, training, and certifications are paid for through the grant from the Environmental Protection Agency through a National Grant program. These grants allow for the Sustainable Word Alliance training two times per year.
To complete your application, go to https://tinyurl.com/oclswa23P. There is a mandatory information session on July 22 or 23, applicants must attend one of the days. When you apply, you will receive the location and time with details about this mandatory meeting where all questions will be answered. The program chooses about 12-15 applicants to attend the 3 1/2 week class. Over the last 27 years, this no cost job training program has helped over 17,000 graduates find well paying, satisfying jobs.
