TUESDAY UPDATE: Now we've got a potential billion-dollar drawing on Christmas Eve.Nobody matched all the Powerball number Monday night — the white balls of 3-18-36-41-54 and the red Powerball of 7. Nine tickets around the country did match all the while balls, including one sold in Florida.
