The City of Kissimmee’s Development Services Center has been recognized with the Eagle Award in the Institutional Projects category ($5–10 million range) by the Associated Builders and Contractors Central Florida Chapter, the city has announced.

Kissimmee's Makinson Aquatic Center opens for summer fun Saturday

The City of Kissimmee has announced its Bob Makinson Aquatic Center will open for the summer season on Saturday, Mary 24.The opening weekend will include Sunday and Memorial Day on Monday, and the center will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is $5 per person, payable at the gate.

Milton made a mild mess.Three weeks after the hurricane passed through Osceola County, downing a number of trees, limbs and other earth-based debris, the city of Kissimmee announced it will make its final pass for curbside hurricane debris removal beginning on Monday, Nov. 11.

City of Kissimmee previews $273 million 2025 budget
