The public joined with local leaders and community groups at the City of Kissimmee Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Celebration Saturday at Kissimmee’s Lakefront Park in a celebration of unity, diversity and community.
Blessed with beautiful weather, the celebration of Dr. King’s life and legacy featured spirited performances from gospel, R&B, and soul music artists, as well as craft and food vendors and exhibits from Kissimmee Utility Authority, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Clarita’s House Outreach Ministry, Devoted Health, the Osceola County Appraiser’s Office and Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
