Do it all in Poinciana this Halloween!

There is much to do in Poinciana for Halloween 2021!

Kick things off at Poinciana Library’s Spooky Spectacular (101 N. Doverplum Ave.), taking place Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. With ghostly stories and haunting activities, this family event will give you the shivers. Costumes are encouraged for tricks and treats.

Cub Scout Pack 844, Poinciana’s only Cub Scout pack, will host their annual Haunted House Fundraiser. Take a tour of this ghostly house at 701 Green Ct. on Oct. 29-30 from 7-11 p.m. and on Halloween from 5-11 p.m. Donations are accepted.

The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) Trunk or Treat will be held Oct. 30 from 6-9 p.m. at the parking lot of the Poinciana Community Center (445 Marigold Ave.). Kids, put on your favorite costume and meet in front of the APV Fitness Center at 6 p.m., where the parade will begin. The children will go from car to car where there will be treats waiting in the trunk. That’s followed by more fun – a DJ will be on hand with fun music and games and picture stations. Those who dare can journey to the Haunted Prison. Visiting hours are from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Admission fee is $1. The Haunted Prison is located at 395 Marigold Ave., at The Anthony DePalma Center).

Poinciana Christian Church, 3181 Pleasant Hill Rd., will host its free Trunk or Treat Carnival on Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. The event will include 20 decorated vehicles with trunks filled with candy, carnival games, inflatables, face painting, S’mores and hot chocolate, hot dogs and fun activities for the whole.

On Oct. 31 kids are invited to Candy–Palooza at First Baptist of Poinciana (601 Walnut St.) from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Expect candy, candy and more CANDY!

Living Water Fellowship (4101 Pleasant Hill Rd.), presents Light the Night on Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. The festivities include Trunk or Treat, games, bounce houses, food trucks, giveaways and more.

There is plenty to do this season, and with a little planning you can do it all!
