The City of Kissimmee has launched a new website, GrowKissimmee.com, a way for its Economic Development Office to focus on relevant information for its local business community.
Elements include business assistance resources, incentives, development process, as well as information on the Medical Arts District, and Aerospace Advancement Initiative.
“Traditionally, we all begin our research with an internet search,” said Belinda Kirkegard, Kissimmee’s Economic Development Director. “Thus, when a company is looking into Kissimmee, our first impression comes via a website, and with GrowKissimmee. com, the City of Kissimmee will certainly stand out with this new polished look.”
The City of Kissimmee’s Economic Development Division develops marketing strategies and incentive packages to draw and retain valued businesses within City limits. The Economic Development Office works to diversify Kissimmee’s economy by attracting companies that provide high-value, high-wage jobs within the City’s targeted industries. This division is also the in-house business advocate, ready to assist existing companies, whether troubleshooting or providing resources to grow or expand within Kissimmee City limits.
