Visitor Center opens at Central Florida Animal Reserve

There was a reception to open the Visitor Center at the Central Florida Animal Reserve (CFAR) on April 3.

There was more than 50 guests who were Silver, Gold, Platinum Members and Coinholder’s (enhanced memberships) of CFAR. Future members from all over Central Florida were present and toured the grand opening event. They had the opportunity to meet CFAR’s 25 big cats on-site and learned it’s commitment to providing community value to create a platform to address the challenges of big cats in the future.

The Visitor Center is home to CFAR’s retail store, ticket office and more.  The grand opening event raised over $13,000 for CFAR. It had live entertainment and assortment of food and fun in a farm-to-table setting.
