This Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, Poinciana residents are invited to come out and be a part of a Community Picnic.
This event will be held at the amphitheater at Vance Harmon Park, 50 Country Club Drive. The picnic will include a DJ, games, face painting and more.
Assorted vendors will be on-site and the MJ Café (a $5 special includes hot dog, bag of chips and soda) will be open as well.
Giant games will be played at the picnic! Giant jenga, giant Connect 4 and corn hole will be available for free play.
A 10 percent discount will be applied on a family annual pool membership if purchased on this specialevent Saturday.

Rhythm, Rhythm, and Storytime is an inperson activity for children ages 2 to 5.
This every Wednesday meet-up is from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the Poinciana Library.
Sing, swing and sway through this program dedicated to music and movement. Finger plays, rhythm movement and dancing are an opportunity for fun filled learning while your child develops their vocabulary, counting skills, creative thinking and listening skills.
All Library programs are free and open to the public. The Poinciana Branch Library is located at 101 N. Doverplum Ave.
