K-Pop: After Dark happens at the Poinciana Library on Friday, Feb. 27 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Step into an inclusive after-hours K-Pop event filled with music, activities and non-stop energy. This event is for all ages. The Poinciana Library is located at 101 N. Doverplum Ave.
The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) is hosting Sweetheart Bingo on Friday, Feb. 27 at the Poinciana Community Center. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the first ball pull at 7 p.m.
This event is for those ages 18 and over. Concession stand will be open (no outside food or drink). Red and pink are the colors of the night! Bring your sweetheart and make it a date night.
Valora Medical Group (4551 Pleasant Hill Road) will host a Bazaar & Lunch on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This day of friendship and community is organized for Medicare beneficiaries. Enjoy live music, a community bazaar, lunch and a few fun surprises.
Spring break is right around the corner, so are Spring Break sports clinics. These clinics are for children ages 7 and up and are structured around soccer and basketball skills and conditioning. Youth Basketball Clinic is Tuesday, Mar. 17 and Thursday, Mar. 19. These two high energy days focus on skill development including ball handling, shooting and finishing, defense and footwork, game play and competition.
Youth Soccer Clinic takes place on Monday, Mar. 16 and Wednesday, Mar. 18. This 2-day clinic is designed to help players build confidence and develop speed, strength and skill, work ball mastery and first touch, shooting and finishing, speed and agility.

Poinciana Youth Flag Football registration is now open. This 8-week co-ed middle school program starts on Saturday, April 25 with games played at Poinciana High School. Registration fee is $150. Scholarships are available on a first come first served basis. To register, go to www.bit.ly/46VFj0r.

AARP Foundation Tax – Aide provides tax consulting with several preparation options. This service is free of charge, with special focus on those over 50 or have low to moderate income. From now to April 15th (Mondays only), from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tax – Aide will be at the Anthony DePalma Center, 395 Marigold Ave. These services will be available in both English and Spanish.
