St. Cloud Main Street and Granny’s Southern Smokehouse presents Roots & Rhythm Festival is this Saturday, Feb. 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event will be held at 9th and Pennsylvania Ave, in celebration of Black History Month. There will be live entertainment, food trucks, vendors and a car show. Food trucks and vendor spots are $50 each and fill up quickly – reserve early. Got a classic ride you’re proud of? Enter the car show at the Festival to have a chance to win a $1,500 ceramic coating.

Meet Me at the Market Narcoossee, a place to shop and connect with the community takes place on Sunday, Mar. 1 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Narcoossee Community Park, 5354 Rambling Road. Vendors include arts and crafts, pet supplies, bread, flash tattoos, plants and food vendors.

Get ready to Paint the Cloud Green. St. Cloud’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Paint the Cloud Green, takes place on Saturday, March 14 from 5-11 p.m. This year, the party will include a 5K Glow Run, a St. Baldricks head shaving fundraiser for children’s cancer, activities for the kids, food truck wars and live Irish music from Murphy’s Law.

Hopkins Heroes is about one month away from their Easter Egg Extravaganza. Sponsorships for this event are available, and donations of candy and plastic eggs are needed as well as monetary donors and in-kind donations. In-kind donations can be purchased through Amazon Wishlist or purchased and dropped off at Nutrition Zone, 1100 Massachusetts Ave.
