The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Poinciana man who detectives say was sharing child sexual abuse material and soliciting users online for child sexual abuse material.
Lebron Emmanuelle Grooms, 20, was arrested Monday and charged with 41 counts of possession of photo/video of sexual performance by a child and possession of photo video of sexual activity involving an animal. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in front of a judge Wednesday afternoon.
According to a Sheriff's report, detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation after the Sheriff's Office was notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding an individual file sharing child sexual abuse material and soliciting users online for child sexual abuse material.
ICAC unit detectives served a residential search warrant at a Poinciana residence, and through their investigation, Grooms was named as the suspect. No other information is available at this time, as detectives say the investigation is on-going, and court documents have not yet been released in the case.
