Those who use the south end of Buenaventura Boulevard and nearby Simpson Road in the overnight hours should be aware of a road closure this week.
Osceola County reports Buenaventura Boulevard will be closed at Simpson Road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 18, through Thursday, Jan. 22. Royal Palm Drive will be used as a detour.
The northbound and southbound lanes on Simpson Road at BVL will also experience nightly lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The closure is needed for crews to install a stormwater drainage structure.
