Detectives with the St. Cloud Police Department have arrested a 75-year-old resident who investigators say admitted to searching the 'dark web' for child pornography.
Graham Blue was arrested Thursday morning on 10 counts of possession of child pornography, and unlawful use of a two-way communications device. He is being held in the Osceola County Jail on a $27,500 bond. Court information is not yet available on his case.
Police say the investigation began in August 2025 through a cyber tip generated by the Internet Crimes Against Children online data system. After investigating the tip, officers served a search warrant Thursday morning to search Blue's Sweetwater Creek community home.
Blue was taken into custody without incident, and police say he admitted to having searched the 'dark web' for child pornography that he saved on local devices and online data storage sites. Initial inspection of Blue's computers revealed hundreds of images and videos.
Police say the investigation remains active and open, with more charges pending.
