Sweater and jacket weather for New Year’s Eve didn’t bother anyone, as people turned out in droves to public celebrations to ring in 2026 across the county. Annual events were held in St. Cloud, where Rockin’ the Cloud welcomed Less Than Jake and a number of other great acts to three downtown stages, Old Town and Sunset Walk.
The Harmony community held an event for the first time, with a 9 p.m. countdown “for the kids.”
It all proved we know how to welcome a new year and have a great time doing it even if it’s a little bit chilly.
